This Aayaamam focuses on children — the Yuva Saradhis of our Nation. Its mission is to nurture a generation of noble, confident, and patriotic young leaders who take pride in their identity, and to help them identify and bring out their best self for themselves and society at large.

Vaibhav Shikshan
Vaibhavam is undertaken through the program titled Vaibhav Shikshan, which plays a pivotal role in the character formation of children.
The program provides value-based personality development, leadership skill development, public speaking training, goal-setting guidance, and related elements that pave the way for a sustainable, successful, and joyful life.
Through weekly one-hour online Vaibhavam classes and residential or one-day camps at regular intervals, structured training is successfully provided to over a thousand children by experts in various fields.
